The wriggling of a caterpillar is an instinctual act for survival and growth. This movement resembles the human act of walking. Caterpillars contract and extend their bodies to move forward, birds spread their wings to soar into the sky, and humans walk on the ground using two legs. Each living being moves in its own way, and within these movements lies a unique purpose and direction.
We advance toward our individual ideals(理想)—unknown and undefined—sometimes groping, sometimes struggling, sometimes wriggling. The actions performed in this process intertwine organically, weaving bundles of trajectories.
By continuously drawing trajectory-lines toward our purpose, we connect with the world and forge new bonds. The lines each of us creates intersect and overlap, forming new shapes. The wriggling movement embodies change, connection, and growth toward an ideal.
— repeats the act of contracting and blooming.
Faint, repetitive motions persist unceasingly to reach the ideal.
