As I created and observed machines, I began to treat them as if they were alive, naturally coming to view the world from their perspective. Humans feel uncomfortable when their territory is invaded. I thought machines could feel the same emotion. The machines, as natives of the space within the artwork, move and converse with each other. However, if someone approaches and intrudes into their space, they quickly turn their heads to guard against the intruder. They continue to observe and remain vigilant towards the intruder until they leave their space. Through machines, I aimed to express situations that could occur in human relationships and blur the boundary between machines and humans.
